Principal
Jeremy Records

Jeremy Records founded Central Development Properties in 2005 and has successfully grown the company to over $500 million in development and acquisitions of office, industrial, retail, residential, multi-family, and hospitality properties. While at Central Development Properties Jeremy has constructed facilities for Colorado Plastic Surgery Center, Gordon Holding’s Corporate Headquarters, Southpark Animal Clinic, Dominion Voting, Colorado Counties Officials and Employees Retirement Association, Blue Modus, and Elevated Third among others.

Prior to starting Central Development Properties, Jeremy was with Panattoni Development in Denver, CO. While at Panattoni his clients included Raytheon, Samsonite, Case Logic, Ball Aerospace, and Intel. Jeremy directed developments and acquisitions including 300,000 sf of office, 850,000 sf of industrial and 500,000 sf of retail. Before joining Panattoni, Jeremy was a broker at CB Richard Ellis, where he represented tenants in downtown office leasing and consulted for corporate clients such as StorageTek/Sun Microsystems, AT&T, ACT Teleconferencing, TCI, Inflow, and Media One.

CFO
Jennifer Records

Jennifer Records helped found Central Development Properties in 2005 and is the CFO in charge of managing all financial and accounting aspects of the company in addition to running the property management division.

Prior to Central Development Properties, Jennifer managed 10 portfolios valued over $3 billion for First Data Corporation. She was also directly responsible with forecasting $200 million annual revenue stream for First Data’s quarterly reports. In addition Jennifer managed First Data’s Western Union foreign exchange transactions.

Jennifer started her career at IBM in Boulder, CO where she managed budgets, costs, and recoveries for accounts generating in excess of $25 million in revenue. She also was responsible for training the Western Finance Division to operate a new cost savings program.
