THE CABLE BUILDING

Dominion Voting Systems Inc. has signed a five year term for 6,828 square feet of the Historic Cable Building in downtown Denver. Joe Heath from Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant while Darrin Revious of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the landlord.

“Dominion was looking for unique office space in lower downtown with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light,” said Heath of Grubb & Ellis. “Combine that with the historic character of the office space and it’s a great fit.”

Built in 1889, The Cable Building offers a historically significant structure with some of the most authentic brickwork of all the downtown buildings. Today it provides commercial space of 36,941 square feet (expandable) at this premier downtown location.

LAKEMONT III

Lakemont III commercial building in the Lakemont Business Park announced they have signed tenant Reglera to a seven year lease for 23,850 square feet of the building in the West Denver area.

David McCagg of UGL Equis represented Reglera while Tyler Carner and Jeremy Kroner of CBRE represented the ownership group.

“Lakemont III provides us with a warm shell for our new office, lab, and manufacturing build out in a professional commercial environment,” said John Dupont of Reglera. “The West Denver location, a new building, and great I-70 access were all important factors in this decision.”

THE RIDGE AT SOUTHPARK

The Ridge at SouthPark announced the completion of building and move in for the new SouthPark Animal Clinic. The veterinary clinic built a brand new 5,000 square foot building in the Littleton medical office park that also includes a stand-alone monument sign.

“For our new animal clinic we wanted to have our own brand new building to improve efficiencies and enhance the customer experience,” said SouthPark Animal Clinic owner Dr. David Specht. “And SouthPark provides us the Littleton location with property visibility we were looking for.”
