Central Development and The Hampshire Companies are providing transaction news for several of their commercial properties in the Denver Metro area including The Cable Building, Lakemont III, and The Ridge at SouthPark.
THE CABLE BUILDING
Dominion Voting Systems Inc. has signed a five year term for 6,828 square feet of the Historic Cable Building in downtown Denver. Joe Heath from Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant while Darrin Revious of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the landlord.
“Dominion was looking for unique office space in lower downtown with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light,” said Heath of Grubb & Ellis. “Combine that with the historic character of the office space and it’s a great fit.”
Built in 1889, The Cable Building offers a historically significant structure with some of the most authentic brickwork of all the downtown buildings. Today it provides commercial space of 36,941 square feet (expandable) at this premier downtown location.
Dominion Voting Systems provides comprehensive voting solutions that emphasize security, accessibility and transparency at every step of the elections process. Dominion’s solutions are currently in use by over 1,200 U.S. jurisdictions in some 32 states, with over 100,000 Dominion ImageCast Precinct Optical Scan Tabulators successfully deployed worldwide. “Lakemont III provides us with a warm shell for our new office, lab, and manufacturing build out in a professional commercial environment,” said John Dupont of Reglera. “The West Denver location, a new building, and great I-70 access were all important factors in this decision.”
