Rincon Research Corp., which develops, implements and tests software solutions for U.S. government projects, signed a 15-year lease with Encompass developer Central Development.
“It’s a good addition to the park,” said Central Development principal Jeremy Records, who added that Rincon will bring with it a large number of high-paying jobs. “It shows the ability of Colorado to recruit young talent,” he added.
Rincon Research Corp. signed a 15-year lease for the single-story building. It will expand out of its facility at 8005 S. Chester St. in Centennial when the new building at 7140 S. Potomac St. is completed next spring.
Construction is set to begin right away. Intergroup Architects is the architect, Redland is the civil engineer, and Alcorn Construction Inc. is the general contractor.
Wade Fletcher and Kittie Hook of Newmark Knight Frank represented Central Development in the lease. Tucson, Arizona-based Bonior Commercial Realty represented the tenant.
