The Meadows at Town Center

In 2010, Central Development Properties purchased the Meadows at Town Center in Thornton, CO. Central Development Properties made significant structural, grading, and aesthetic renovations to the complex including replacing a significant number of rotter floor joist and rim throughout the project without relocating the tenants. Central Development Properties also re-branded the project which included major club house renovations, new signage and landscaping, upgraded marketing materials, and a name change. Central Development Properties’ efforts have realized higher rents, a near 100% occupancy, and doubled the appraised value of the property.
