Cushman & Wakefield Facilitates Sale of 2 Buildings at Robinson Marketplace for a Combined $5.25 Million 1024 597 Central Development Properties

Cushman & Wake eld has announced the sale of 677 Alcott Street and 646 Bryant Street, two buildings at Robinson Marketplace, located at the NWC of 6th Ave and I-25 in Denver, CO. The two buildings closed on September 12th and sold for a combined $5.25 million to Denver-based eTuk USA. Robinson Marketplace is comprised of three buildings and is location in a designated Opportunity Zone.

Tyler Smith, Alec Rhodes and Aaron Valdez of Cushman & Wake Field Denver represented the Seller, Central Development, in the transaction and continue to market the former Robinson Dairy Plant, which is a 52,000 SF Food Processing, Cooler and Freezer Facility for sale and lease. Colin Clancy and Melissa Nochlin of Broad Street Realty represented the Buyer.

“IT’S BEEN GREAT WORKING WITH CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT ON THIS ASSIGNMENT. WE’VE RECEIVED A LOT OF INTEREST FROM USES RANGING FROM TRADITIONAL FOOD GROUPS TO HOTELS, CAR DEALERSHIPS, ETC., WHICH SPEAKS TO THIS ICONIC LOCATION AS WELL AS ITS OPPORTUNITY ZONE DESIGNATION,” SAID TYLER SMITH.

677 Alcott Street is a 37,218-square-foot warehouse and 646 Bryant Street is a 5,937-square-foot of office building. Both properties had leases in place at the time of sale.
