The maker of stainless steel alcohol distillers, which operates as Mile Hi Distilling, recently bought 2,650 square feet in the Lakemont III industrial condo building. The structure includes a total of 53,000 square feet, and is located at 11927 I-70 Frontage Road North near Ward Road.
Kermit’s expects to move to its new space in June.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. But a recent asking price for space at Lakemont III started at $95 per square foot, according to online listing service LoopNet.com.
Brokers at CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the seller, Central Development LLC of Denver, in the deal.
Other significant commercial real estate deals in metro Denver, according to brokers, buyers and public record, include:
• The Roanoke Apartments, 321-329 E. 11th Ave., Denver 80203 — This 19-unit, Capitol Hill apartment building has sold for $1.25 million to an undisclosed buyer, which was not yet listed in property records April 1. The seller was 321 E. 11th LLC of Denver, which bought the property in 2003 for $1.09 million, according to Denver
County real estate records.
Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors LLC represented the seller.
• La Corriente Apartments, 4701 E. Mississippi Ave., Glendale 80206-8206 — This 55-unit apartment complex has been purchased by EL-1 LLC, a Denver-area syndicate, for undisclosed terms. A recent asking price for the property was $2.4 million, according to LoopNet.com.
The previous owner was a group including Murray Fersztendig, according to Arapahoe County property records.
• 1600 Range St., Suite 100, Boulder 80301 — Boulder Digital Arts LLC has opened its new location in 3,000 square feet at this office/industrial building, according to the company. The 21,500-square-foot building is owned by Westfield Development Services Inc. of Boulder, according to Boulder County property records.
