Applied Control

In February 2013 Central Development Properties broke ground on a 64,000 square foot building for Applied Control Equipment. This 24’ clear building consists of over 31,000 square feet of office and dramatic western mountain views through a 17 foot tall glass wall. Located on 7.34 acres the building has been designed for expansion up to 125,000 square feet. The building is slated for deliver in November of 2013.
