Cable Building

Cable Building

In June of 2007, in a partnership with Hampshire Company, Central Development Properties purchased the Cable Building from Judd Properties. The building was built in 1889 as the power plant and garage for Denver’s original cable car system. The 30,000 sf building is now home to The Old Spaghetti Factory and five office tenants. Through Central Development Properties’ re-branding of the Cable Building the building has attracted vibrant and innovative tenants, created a creative environment, and even won an award at the LoDo Limelight awards for the successful repositioning of a building.
