Reglera

Central Development Properties leased an initial 17,490 square feet to Reglera at Lakemont in 2011. The quick growth and pending lease expiration put Reglera in a tough spot and forced Central to construct over three quarters of a million dollars of tenant improvements in just 10 weeks. Before the construction was completed Reglera had expanded into 23,850 square feet and a year later grew to 26,871 square feet.
