Wadsworth Station Apartments

After tracking and negotiating for over 6 months Central Development Properties finally closed on the acquisition of a 32 Unit apartment property in 2010. Formerly known as Twin Arms, Central Development Properties repositioned the property into Wadsworth Station Apartments, located just feet from the Wadsworth Light Rail Station. Central made significant improvements to the property including two new roofs, adding 2 new units, structural improvements, and upgrading the units. In 2012 after realizing significant value creation, Central decided to sell the property and focus on larger communities.
